In this product rental agreement ("Agreement"), "Product" refers to the rented item; "Lessor" refers to Zuhal Exclusive, who rents out the product; and "Lessee" refers to the party renting the product. The following provisions regulate the terms of rental transactions between the Lessee and Zuhal Exclusive, whether conducted via the website or at a Zuhal Exclusive store.
The Lessee's name, surname, Turkish ID number, and address; the name and model number of the rented product; the rental fee, the delivery date of the product, and the latest return date are determined in the order record and the delivery form issued at the time of delivery.
1. Rental Conditions
The Lessee may not rent, sublet, transfer, or assign the product, in whole or in part, to third parties. It is essential that the rented product be returned by the Lessee in good condition. If you do not accept the provisions of this agreement, do not complete the rental transaction.
2. Rental Period
The Lessee agrees to return the product to the Lessor within 4 days for rentals within Bursa, and 6 days for rentals outside the city, starting from the date of receipt.
3. Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Lessee. Shipment must be made with the contracted cargo company specified by the Lessor and using the Lessor's current account code.
4. Modifications to the Product
The Lessee may only make temporary basting stitches to shorten the product. Other alterations are not accepted. Burns, tears, losses, etc., that occur to the product are not covered by insurance and will be collected from the Lessee.
5. Return of the Product in the Same Condition
The rented product must be returned as the same product and in the same condition. If it is determined that the product has been altered, the full value of the product will be collected from the Lessee.
6. Refunds
No refunds are given for rental transactions. The Lessee cannot demand a refund of the amount paid.
7. Delivery Terms
The Lessor delivers the product clean and undamaged. Dresses are sent on hangers in a special garment bag. Accessories are delivered in a barcoded box. If the product is deemed never to have been delivered to the Lessor, the Lessee agrees to pay a penalty equal to the rental fee.
8. Remote Rental Delivery Process
The product will reach the Lessee 1 day before the special event date. The Lessee must return the product the day after use. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Lessee.
9. Product Condition – Signs of Use
The parties agree that the rented product may have been used by other customers previously and therefore may have minor imperfections that do not affect its overall appearance.
10. Statement of Acceptance
The Lessee declares that they had the opportunity to inspect the product before taking delivery and agrees to rent the product in its current condition.
11. No Returns Due to Signs of Use
Minor defects, stains, pilling, loose stitching, missing stones/buttons, color fading, etc., are not grounds for return. The Lessee cannot make claims for these reasons.
12. Authorized Court
Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in case of disputes.
The Lessee declares electronically during the order that they have read and accepted this agreement. A separate signed delivery form will be issued upon physical delivery of the product.
