2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer electronically via the Seller's website.
3. Product and Payment Information
The type, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the ordered products are specified on the order confirmation page.
4. Delivery
- Orders are shipped on the same business day after payment confirmation.
- Shipments are made via Hepsijet Express.
- Delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days.
- Public holidays are not counted as business days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Evening wear products sold by Zuhal Exclusive, by their nature, fall into the special occasion category and are products that carry hygiene and usage risks for resale.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under Law No. 6502. Returns are not accepted.
Only size exchanges may be made for purchased products, subject to stock availability.
6. Rental Services
Rental transactions are covered by a service contract, not a sales contract. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not made for rented products.
7. General Provisions
The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the information specified in the order placed via the website.
This agreement becomes effective as soon as it is approved electronically.
8. Authorized Court
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade and Bursa Consumer Courts are authorized.
